Shipping and returns



RIGHT OF RETURN AND REFUND OF THE CUSTOMER Right of cancellation and methods of exercise. If the consumer falls within the European Economic Area, he has the right to change his mind and cancel the contract within 14 days of receipt of the products by the consumer, or by the indicated recipient (excluding the shipping company). If the products are divided into different deliveries over the course of several days, the 14 days will be calculated from the date of the last delivery to the customer or to the recipient indicated by the customer. In order to exercise the right to cancel the contract, the customer must send us a notification within the time period provided for the cancellation. Consequences of cancellation

If the customer cancels the contract, he must return the products to us. The products must be sent within 14 days from the date on which the customer declares that he wishes to cancel the contract. The bicycles must be returned to the supplier E-Power Italia Srl where the collection was made. All other products must be returned using the return form and the label provided on delivery. If the customer does not use this return service, he will have to cover the costs of returning the products. The address to send returns (bicycles and accessories excluded) is:

We will refund the price paid for the canceled products plus any costs incurred for the delivery of the products (the maximum refund for delivery costs corresponds to the cheapest delivery method offered for the customer’s delivery destination). We will reimburse this amount using the method used by the customer for payment. The refund will be made within: (a) 14 days from the day following receipt of the products by us or, if earlier, from the day on which the customer provides proof of delivery of the products; or (b) 14 days from the moment the customer informs us of his decision to cancel the contract (if the order has not yet been processed). However, please keep in mind that we may reduce the refund amount in order to re fl ect any reduction in the value of the products caused by use beyond the limit allowed in a store before purchase. If the price paid for the purchase is refunded before inspecting the products and, subsequently, it is found that the products have been handled in an unacceptable manner, the customer must reward an appropriate amount.




What Couriers Do You Use?

For shipments to Italy of our items we use different carriers, depending on the destination and the type of product. Generally for items with amounts up to 1500 Euro we use the express service offered by SMYB / DHL which delivers throughout Italy in 24/48 hours (72 hours for islands and disadvantaged locations).


What should I do if the delivery is delayed?

The expected delivery date is purely indicative and may vary depending on the destination. However, you will always be provided with a code that allows you to track your shipment and be notified of the delivery.
